Threat Scenarios Catalogue: a catalogue composed of 13 operational Scenarios has been established by TLA that illustrate, in agreement with identified expectations of the EDEN programme, situations in which a system such as TERRIFFIC meets the requirements expressed by the widest possible end-users’ panel.
The Scenarios contain a time-stamped log of the operation of the actual intervention: this description specifies, for each of the categories of end-users, the number of personnel, the equipment involved, logistical support, power-up curves, material attrition rates, irradiated, contaminated personnel rates.
This description was then used to establish expected situations, in which the TERRIFFIC System could be deployed and to determine the expected gains that could be achieved by the project’s outputs.
